I have to admit I haven't always been a fan of Valentine's Day - well, maybe 'fan' isn't the right word... I haven't really ever bought into it. That is, until Teagan came along. Now I'm finding this day such a wonderful way to tell her how great she is and help her enjoy telling others how great they are. I loved the look on her face this morning when I gave her a single pink rose and a card that told her how what a wonderful person I think she is. There was even a little book in the card where she could write down all her favorite things: food, subject at school ("can I put recess mom?") and best of all - a section to put down what she likes best about herself! (She put her hair, voice and eyes). So, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY everyone. Tell your baby today how much you love them!
