Twins are always the most thrilling and challenging of sessions. Aria and Mia (4 months) were AMAZING. Look at the hair, the eyes.. these were adorable babies! Today's session out in Boylston MA was quite an event. Poor little babes were not all that happy when I arrived and spent a good deal of time wanting lots of cuddles from mom and dad. Eventually though they decided it was okay to be photographed and we got some really wonderful images of them both. I love this one from behind, the neck wrinkles are precious!! I'm always struck by how much raising babies really is a team event. Mom and dad at this session were really great : handing off one baby to change the other, sharing feeding, cleaning, cuddling basically working as a finely tuned tag-team. It's not easy with two young babies as I'm sure you all know and it's really warming to see a couple work so well together - taking it in stride and never forgetting how lucky they are!
