Family portraits sessions in Boston and on The North Shore!

Well folks.. here's a selection of what's been keeping me busy and not blogging.. such a variety.. newborns, siblings, families.. and locations, studio, homes, parks.. it sure keeps me busy. It's been a long few weeks.. I think the kids are pretty wound up from Halloween, school, holiday's coming up.. not everyone was on their best behavior as moms and dads can attest.. but we got there in the end with every session!  I love results and I know there are going to be a lot of fun holiday cards going out this year and some pretty great gifts too!

Newborn Photography - He takes our breath away

WOW! AMAZING! The pictures of baby Y are unbelievable! We all cried looking at them. (Me the most! I'm sure that's not hard to believe after the state I was in at the shoot :P) You have really made this mama's dream come true of capturing my little boy's beautiful start in life so I can always remember him this small and new to the world! Amazing work!!!

Thank you so much again! We'll start off by getting the full digitals. I'll go try to do that now! Thank you soooooo much! I'm so glad we found you!

So this ... is what I aspire to with every session.. bringing tears to the eyes of new parents because they are so moved by the experience.  Realizing that just an hour or two away from the craziness that is the life of a new parent can give them breathing room to appreciate just what has happened... I can't tell you how happy it makes me feel when new moms and dad get back to me and thank me for helping to create these ever lasting memories!

Newborn Portraits

Meet Lilo - isn't she adorable? 7 days old today. She was so good - so calm and patient with all our shooting. She didn't sleep much (just a bit at the beginning) but that was okay because she was happy to snuggle next to mom and dad and generally let us do what ever we liked. It's such an amazing age - just one week. By next week she'll be a different little baby ... I'm so moved every time I see newborns and think of my gigantic 5 1/2 year old. Where has the time gone, it seems like yesterday I was holding Teagan in my hand and trying to keep her warm.

Barbara was supper organized and called me in January to take advantage of my 'Baby It's Cold Outside' promotion I did. She now has 4 sessions to use to capture Lilo as she grows and chances! Thanks for the great morning Barbara and Coley!
