Spector Photography is awarded highest honors

I am so proud to announce that my print 'Lashes' has been awarded with the highest honors at the Professional Photographer's Association International Print Competition.  The print was given 2 merits (going towards the goal of earning my Masters of Photography) and it was also accepted as a LOAN PRINT, which means the PPA holds the image for a while for display and possible publication!  I am thrilled as this was my first entry into the PPA print competitions. I'm also so excited that it was an image taken during a session! Just to show you the the portraits you receive when working with Spector Photography are award winning!!

Last month I entered my first ever print competition. It was at the State level with the Professional Photographers Association MA. I am so please to share with everyone that all 6 of my images won ribbons! One even placed in the highest award category with a blue ribbon. Four were the second to the top with red ribbons and one placed with a white ribbon.

I'm thrilled to have my work so well received by such an established and well respected group of photographers. What is even more wonderful is that every image that won an award was an image shot during a client session! I strive to make each and every image I shoot for you guys an award-winning shot!

Next up? Regionals next month. I plan to submit 4 images. Fingers crossed! After that, Nationals in the fall!! Watch this space and from now on, when you're talking about your family photographer you can proudly say 'award-winning'!
